getting out of the van
What happened
On [REDACTED] at [REDACTED] DA was getting out of the van on driver side to make a delivery at [REDACTED]. When DA shoe got caught on the rigde of the step. DA fell forward and putting all weight on the left leg which resulted in left leg rolling outwards. DA heard a pop and fell to the ground in pain. DA tried to get up afterwards and couldnt move left leg. So DA called and notifed dispatch right away.
