On [REDACTED] at [REDACTED] a D.A. was making a delivery at [REDACTED]. The D.A. arrived at the located and parked his van got the packages he needed to make his delivery and made the delivery. On the way back to the van the DA did not notice the curb and he slipped on it and the slip caused his left ankle to twist. He then called dispatch and was informed to call LMET. The DA made his last delivery and returned to the station.
