What happened
The TM was picking a bag of chicken feed while standing at the side of the pallet and had bent down correctly with his stance staggered. The TM reached for the bag and in one motion began to bring the feed to his power zone as he was standing. This caused his back to tweak slightly and the TM put the item down immediately and took a moment to let the pain die down.
