At approximately [REDACTED] at the warehouse in [REDACTED] employee was attempting to find a pry bar he believed he had left at the top of the racking system He utilized a scissor lift to raise up to elevation and look After he didnt find it he lowered the scissor lift back down to lowest elevation and stepped out of the scissor lift There is cribbing under the stackers for staging during installation He stepped onto this cribbing ekki wood and rolled his ankle No one saw this happen [REDACTED] he asked [REDACTED] if he could go to urgent care because his ankle was hurting At that time he let the foreman know what happened and asked to go to urgent care on his own
