What happened
While at the end of the assembly line with another team member a window needed to be taken from the cart for final assembly. To do this the other windows on the cart were pushed to one side. However the weight caused the cart to slide resulting in all the windows falling and hitting the employee 's right hand. This resulted in a cut in his palm.
