EE was working in ASRS zone picking cases When picking cases the EE has to transfer cases from the pallet board and pallet location onto the pick conveyor belt The EE was transferring cases from the back end of the pallet and to reach the cases the EE stepped onto the pallet board to grab the cases When the EE stepped on the pallet board the board shifted from underneath them causing a strain in the EEs right knee
