What happened
Employee went to get down off the cart she had 1 foot on the ground and was attempting to step her other foot down and it got caught on an attachment that was on the cart. She then fell backwards onto the floor and hit back should hip and back of her head. She put her hands down to try and catch her body from the fall and she had pain in both her wrists.
