What happened
I received a call from Ronco to go to door 38 as [REDACTED] had sustained an injury. When I arrived [REDACTED] was sitting down as he had just hit his nose on the forks of one of the forklift. He mentioned that they had raised a pallet to remove a piece of wood from under it. He bent down and when he got back up he hit his nose on the forks. I sent him to Concentra and had another employee drive him there. They completed a drug and alcohol test. All negative and he was checked for his injury. No work restrictions and topical antibiotics were applied.
