Before the incident
Installing shrouds labels and upholstery
What happened
EE works at the end of the SS line installing grips shrouds labels and upholstery. She had mentioned when we started using the new tape that she thought it made installing grips more difficult. Our Mfg. Engineer did a study on the tape and could not determine a significant difference. [REDACTED] she was installing grips on an SS-SP and felt a pop in her right wrist. She is feeling pain in her right wrist and arm. It was determined that she was doing most of the grips on the end of the line as the other person is unable to do them. The [REDACTED] she has been doing 1-2 machines per hour and most have been standard rubber grips. Grip installation occurs about 1 4 of each hour. Luxury grips do not involve the same installation process.
