What happened
EE was lifting 1010869-0001 parts off of a Fab cart and onto the weld fixture. EE felt a slight discomfort in groin area but it did not result in much pain. When EE went to go move a Fab cart from the other side of the weld cell EE felt a sharp pain in groin area. EE stated that pulled the cart with 1 hand instead of pushing with 2 hands. EE did not report this issue [REDACTED] because thought the pain would go away. EE is still feeling discomfort if pulling or pushing anything. [REDACTED] told him to go see Nova Care when he comes in for work [REDACTED].
