What happened
EE had recently been moved to the Shipping Department from Fabrication. This was his second day working in the Shipping Department. He had wrapped two MJLP units and was working on the third. He was kneeling on the floor as he attached the foam to the unit. As he went to stand up he felt a sharp pain in his lower back on the left side. There are four different tasks on the MJLP units that require EE to be on his knees three wrapping points and banding the weights.
