What happened
EE was outside of the option cell trying to move a rack made for a specific weldment. EE grabbed a hold of the yellow front gate (see pics) and went to pull the rack away from the pallet racking when the yellow gate let loose and EE fell backwards landing on a stand with a pallet on top of it resulting in an injury. Code Blue button was pushed and appropriate personnel showed up to assist. RCCA is scheduled for [REDACTED].
