Stacking weights

EE returned from lunch at [REDACTED] and went to the weight stack station and began to work on an HS-HAB. EE began by cutting open a box of weights and removing one plate at a time to add to the stack. EE was holding each weight with two hands on each end as she stacked the weights. EE had only a few plates left to stack as she grabbed another weight plate she placed it on the guide rods and lowered the plate approximatley 7 from the stack and proceeded to drop the plate. When the plate was let go the corner caught her glove and then proceeded to pinch the tip of her middle finger when it fell to the existing stack of weights. EE pulled hand back and saw the tip of the glove had been torn and saw a laceration. EE immediatley went to the supervisors cube and hit the code blue.
