What happened
4th day for team member in blow mold team member started out in Assembly but volunteered to move to blow mold since there was an opening teammember preferred the pace of blow mold over assembly. Team member began the day on Station 2 at [REDACTED] and then rototated to station1 (flash pull) at approx [REDACTED] per video. Team member states that at approx. [REDACTED] he went to pull the 2nd piece of flash and felt a hot feeling in his shoulder stated is was more of a burning sensation than a pop. Team member continued to perfrom this job unitl [REDACTED] at which time he took a bathroom break and returned to run this station until [REDACTED] for a total time on positon of 118minutes he then broke for lunch and trasitioned back to the Station 2 position. Team was following our dedicated rotation schedule but due to some down time the schedule was off by approx 30 minutes. Team member did not make anyone aware of his injury this day he stated he felt much improved after lunch and decided
