EE repairing an air cylinder for pallet stop at L3-B Side empty can conveyor when they inadvertently flagged the photo-eye causing the chain to activate and move pallet forward. The technician 's forearm was pinched between framework of take away conveyor and pallet of empty cans. This result in the EE suffering a broken arm.
