What happened
Team member was cutting duck wings using a knife at a temporary station in the packing area when he cut himself on his outer left hand . Before the incident TM had changed his cloth glove because the one he had got wet. After changing it he forgot to put on the safety cut-resistant one. TM was suspended for three days for violating safety policy.
