What happened
On [REDACTED] [REDACTED] 11 [REDACTED] after the last break Team Member felt her left hand numb. She changed her gloves to a larger size because she thought maybe they were too tight. At that moment she felt the pain go away. On [REDACTED] there was no pain until after lunch when her left hand felt very hot and the three middle fingers started to hurt and she couldn 't bend them. She changed gloves again but it still continued to hurt. When she was going to leave at [REDACTED]:[REDACTED] because she worked in the packing department there was no one from the Safety Department here anymore. When she was at home on that [REDACTED] her left hand swelled.
