The associate had place a tire on the backrest of his standup forklift He was leaned forward typing in his RF when another associate came around the corner and struck the tire hanging from his forklift with his lift This caused the tire to move upward and then come back down onto the backrest of the forklift When the tire went up it struck rubbed againt the upper back shoulder of the associate on that lift
