Employee was cleaning for end of week operations
What happened
EE was removing a sanitation plate on [REDACTED] primary trough pump and the nut holding one of the plates on was very tight. The EE was trying to get it to pull back the sanitation plate to remove it. As he tried to undo the threads they took a chunk out of his finger tip. We applied pressure to the wound cleaned and applied Neosporin and a bandage. EE went back to work.

That following day the employee couldn 't get the bleeding ot stop and went to his local ER that applied two stiches.
