Before the incident
EE used the test pedal and rotated the belt to make sure no noises and when rotating the pedal the [REDACTED] current motor to rotate at a high velocity. the [REDACTED] current motor is on the other side of the machine separated by a plate and employee rested hand on the plate and EE left pinky finger slipped into the opening on [REDACTED] current motor.
What happened
employee was testing eddy current motor and when they placed their hand on the plate which separates the employee from the eddy current motor the left pinky slipped into a opening on the motor causing a pinch laceration on left pinky.
