How it happened: Employee claimed that there was no hazard that caused the fall. She simply fell. She doesn 't exactly know why she fell. Her words tripped over her own feet. In review of the video it appears that she lost her balance staggered backwards and fell there is no hazard causing fall (Fall due to personal health - idiopathic) She claims that she hurt her arm when reaching for something to break her fall. She reached for a table stand to steady herself and hit her arm on the table stand.
