Before the incident
Associate was executing regular task - Automation area - Packing.
What happened
We evacuated the building due to an unidentified bad odor in the building during this time an associate complained of nausea headache and feeling like fainting. She was first seen by the facility nurse; who proceeded to give her water and check her vitals. Associate started to feel worse and the Fire Dept called an ambulance for evaluation. Associate recieved a prescription of [REDACTED] for nausea. The bad odor was later identified as leaking sulfur from a PE battery.
