Before the incident
Associate was excuting regular task - Automation area - Packing.
What happened
We receieved reports of a bad odor in the building during this time an associate reported to the nurses office complaining of nausea headache and burning in her eyes. She was first seen by the facility nurse; who proceeded to flush her eyes and gave her Tylenol for the headache. Associate started to feel better and was sent home to rest. Associate contacted the nurse again later [REDACTED] and said that the previous complaints were continuing. Associate was then sent to the Novant clinic for evaluation. Associate recieved a prescription of Zofran for nausea. The bad odor was later identified as leaking sulfur from a PE battery.
