Before the incident

What happened
Employee pulled really hard on a pallet and fell backwards onto a flatbed cart on his buttocks hit his L hand on the edge of palm and felt soreness to the left knee. He reported stiffness and pain to the L hand with ROM movement. He also reported blood in his urine and neck soreness on the L side of his neck that goes down to his shoulder.
