Before the incident
loading items from the box truck into various waste receptacles. This involved moving the material from inside the box truck to the rear of the bed placing it on the edge of the bed climbing down the back of the box truck then grabbing the material and walking it to the various waste receptacles.
What happened
While moving the material from the box to the end of the bed [REDACTED] stepped farther than anticipated and started to fall off the back of the truck. During his fall he grabbed the handle intended for mounting and dismounting the truck and his momentum swung him into the dumpster head first.

Mica was wearing a hardhat so his hardhat took the brunt of the impact and he continued to fall to the ground.

Mica landed on his right shoulder causing a fracture in the area. Mica fell a total of 4 feet.
