Before the incident

[REDACTED] felt a pop then pain in his right shoulder. [REDACTED] completed the job to make sure everything was in a safe position then lowered himself to assess his injury. At the time [REDACTED] determined that he put excess strain on his body and that he was comfortable continuing the work

The next day Andre called out of work to due to pain in the right shoulder. He was then instructed to be seen by Centra Care.
