Before the incident
Two-person Distribution Crew attempted to complete a spray for bees work order on Harlequin Dr. in Distribution System.
What happened
Effected employee kneeled over water meter box where the beehive was located. To effectively spray into the box the employee had to lean forward this caused the bee suit to shift forward onto neck. The suit has netting screening in the back and the EE was stung through the screen approximately five times just above the top of his neck on the back of his head.
