Before the incident
De-escalating a conflict between two residents.
What happened
Staff was de-escalating a conflict with two residents. Staff redirected both residents to their rooms. One resident complied and while walking to separate the two the second resident was still attempting to fight the other resident. Staff extended his arm in an effort to keep the residents separated and while doing so one of the residents bit staff on his right are close to his wrist.
