What happened
Employee was loading the stores lift truck at new hangar store. He was trying to load a long box and wanted to leave the Tommy gate down a little to help angle the box up to slide it in the bed. He got the box loaded and then [REDACTED] climbed in the bed to secure the box. At that time another employee (GSE supervisor pulled up to talk to him and before we could talk employee finished securing the box and then stepped back forgetting the other employee lift was down a little stepped in the gap that was between the truck bed and the lift gate. Hurting his left leg.
