What happened
AFD responded to a aircraft on fire at FedEx West [REDACTED]. LT [REDACTED] was assigned fire attack. After 45 minutes he was reassigned to rehab. When in rehab it was noted that he was starting to slur words disoriented and was sweating profusly. Lt [REDACTED] was moved to medical for a check out and was deemed heat exhaustion. Lt [REDACTED] was transported to IU West for evaluation.
