What happened
Per ee: I ran to catch up to a suspect who was under arrest while working the [REDACTED] detail. I attempted to pull him from his vehicle after he refused multiple orders to exit. I planted my right foot took hold of the suspect and twisted my upper body in an attempt to extract the suspect during which time I felt pain in my right knee. The suspect was subsequently pulled from the vehicle and forced onto the ground. I was on my knees and struggled briefly with the suspect to gain control and place him in handcuffs.
