WHILE IRRIGATING PT 'S [REDACTED] THAT WAS CLOTTING WITH BLOOD CLOTS. PT WAS HAVING A CONTINOUS BLADDER IRRIGATION . THE [REDACTED] GOT SOME RESISTANCE AND SPLASHED BACK ON ME. I GOT COMPLETELY SPLASHED. I HAD A GOWN AND MASK. I HAD MY PRESCRIPTION GLASSES ON. HOWEVER THE BLOOD FLUID FROM THE CATHETER GOT TO MY EXPOSED FACE HEAD AND NECK.
