The employee finished their work day in our main operating facility when they proceeded to take their required end of day shower. The incident occurred due to the employee losing their balance and hitting their elbow on the wall in an attempt to catch themselves.

On [REDACTED] an SBA employee injured their right arm elbow when they lost balance in the shower and ended up smacking their elbow on the wall in an attempt to catch themselves. The employee was trying to wash their foot and lost balance while standing on one foot.

Contusion of right elbow. The mechanism of injury was a struck by or against incident.
