Employee alleged During my lunch break i was walking out through the [REDACTED] exit way and walked my way out the parking space which happens to have a water drain sewer. As i walked out my foot fell in one of the spaces in the middle. My foot was injured as it fell inside the spaces of the water sewer. As i walked my foot got stuck and I took it out. The space of the sewer seemed to be off almost like broken as my entire foot and flats fit right through it. Findings: Mild Tenderness at right lateral mekeolas. Able to bear weight. Ankle wrapped in compression bandage. R O Fracture w Xray.
