What happened
The OSM was working on removing the Electrical piping going from the electrical panel to the air compressor without notifying the electrical department and as they were unscrewing the pipe the internal ring fell inside the pane coming into contact with something else that was live causing an electrical fire. the employee holding the pipe is the one who got burned.
