I came to work nursing a sore lt knee on [REDACTED] at [REDACTED]. Around [REDACTED] [REDACTED] I heard a bed alarm going off went to see what was going on found the patient trying to get out of bed. I went to put the resident feet back into bed and I hurt my knee worse than before. by the end of the shift I was barely able to walk on it.
