What happened
A team member was picking up door skin and felt a pull in his shoulder. He didn 't think anything about it. He later promoted to quality and reduced the amount of repetitive motion on the affected shoulder. As time passed he noticed it began to hurt more and more. He notified the safety department [REDACTED] who then sent him to get checked out where a tear was discovered.
