EMPLOYEE WAS CALLED TO HELP A RESIDENT INTO A CAR AS THE DAUGHTER COULDN 'T. WHEELED RESIDENT TO THE CAR BUT UPON TRANSFERRING RESIDENT WAS RESISTING & PUTTING HER WEIGHT DOWN. SINCE SEAT WAS SO HIGH EMPLOYEE HAD TO LIFT HER UP. NO EQUIPMENT WAS USED.
