WHILE THE EMPLOYEE WAS WALKING IN THE HALLWAY A RESIDENT SLID DOWN HIS WHEELCHAIR OUT OF SLING NOT ABLE TO HOOK ON LIFT. EMPLOYEE RECLINED THHIGH BACK CHAIR & PULLED THE RESIDENT UP BY A SLING STRP AS 2 CNAs LIFTED WEIGHT FRO HIS LEGS. THEY PUT THE BACK-UP & HE WAS SITTING UP STRAIGHT AFTERWARDS.
