HE WAS OFF LOADING HIS GOLF CART AND HE FELT LIKE HE SPRAINED A MUSCLE ON HIS LEFT LEG CLOSE TO HIS KNEE. HE FELT SOME PAIN AT THE TIME OF THE INCIDENT HE THOUGHT THAT THE PAIN LEVEL WILL DECREASE AND DID NOT NEED TO REPORT IT. [REDACTED] DECLINED FURTHER MEDICAL ATTENTION.
