Before the incident
Operator was moving materials by High reach lift truck throughout the warehouse. Was heading to the drop zone to drop his pallet.
What happened
As operator was turning from the travel aisle to the drop zone area cut the corner too close and struck a buidling support column. During the impact the operator stuck their face un an unknown object. Suffered a laceration over their left eye. Operator also complained of neck stiffness.
