he incident occurred as Mr. [REDACTED] was inserting a rod to change the cylinder and attempted to carry the weight of the cylinder with his left hand which brought his hand too close to a sharp edge. [REDACTED] stated that he warned [REDACTED] that he was lifting the wrong cylinder. The cylinder weighed approximately 100 pounds; Mr. [REDACTED] lifted it alone lost his balance and his left middle finger became caught between the stationary cylinder holder and the rod resulting in a cut. Immediate action included transportation to the emergency room where he received 17 stitches and is reported to be in overall good spirits.
