Pan jammed at [REDACTED] panning area where pans discharge after dough enter cups of pans. Employee reached into machine to un-jam pans without stopping machine or pushing in E-Stop. When employee was pulling out their hand the employees right index finger caught onto the blue conveyor belting. The blue intralox belting cut the employees finger. Corvel nursing line contacted. Cleaned employees hand and bandaged on-site at facility. Employee sought medical attention.
