EE was working on a door frame template when a worker with another company accidentally knocked over two pieces of 16 ' long rebar that were leaning up against the wall nearby. EE was struck in the shoulder neck and on the hard hat. EE reported the incident to his supervisor but the supervisor did not inform anyone else as the worker was fine initially.
