What happened
The IW wanted to avoid spining around with the finished product so he picked up one end and walked to the other side so he could walk the item straight to the pallet. While adjusting his grip to balance the load while lifting the track twisted forward causing the far end to slide off of the bench and the IW attempted to catch it to prevent damage. The action caused pain in the upper back
