Before the incident
Working to unstick a wheel that was hung up on one of the welding guns. Once the wheel was freed the next wheel moved up.
What happened
Employee was on the final weld station of line 1 where a wheel was stuck after the welding process was complete due to one of the weld wires not separating from the material. Employee did not stop the equipment before trying to separate the weld wire from the wheel so the next wheel in the cycle came down and bumped into his arm causing a burn on his right forearm.
