Removing rim band WIP and palletizing on skid
What happened
Employee was taking the rim bands off of the line to palletize them on a skid. Employee was not paying attention again and leaned forward hitting his head against one of the rim bands on the pallet. The edges of the rim bands can be sharp which caused a small laceration on the front right part of his forehead. The employee was treated with first aid and then taken to urgent care for stitches.
