Running lumber through a molder machine

When a piece of lumber was stuck in the Molder the employee tried to pull it out by hand and injured his shoulder.

Left shoulder strain. Later identified as a tear of supraspinatus tendon.

Strain due to improper pushing or pulling.

Strain of left shoulder while pulling material from machine. Resulted in tendon tear and surgery.
