Putting product on the shelf

On the morning of [REDACTED] EE was working at QuikTrip #69. He was bent over working on putting product on a lower shelf. When EE finished putting the product on the lower shelf he raised up and hit his left shoulder on the shelf above. He felt immediate pain but it shortly eased up. Throughout the day while continuing on route his shoulder started to hurt again. EE reported the injury as soon as he got back from his route and we set up a Briotix evaluation. Following the Briotix evaluation it was still bothering him and he requested to be seen by a physician for a second opinion. On [REDACTED] the EE was evaluated by a physician and it was determined that the EE had an impingement in his left shoulder. The EE was prescribed a cortisone shot and restrictions which we will accommodate.
