While trying to open the door I hit the door with my foot first and then with my right shoulder. When I hit the door with my shoulder it started to give and either on the second or third hit I felt a shooting pain down side of my left knee and leg. After the call was over I had pain in the top of my knee cap outer side of knee and behind my knee where it was painful to put full weight on my knee bend or straighten my knee.
